Important Questions To Take Note Of

DO I NEED A DOCTOR REFERRAL?

You don’t need a Doctor referral to see a physiotherapist but you may need one to claim with your insurance company. Please check with your insurance company first.

DOES MY HEALTH INSURANCE COVER PHYSIOTHERAPY?

This will depend on your insurance company and your level of cover. Please check with your insurance company.

We are more than happy to help with filling out claim forms or provide progress updates to your insurance provider. We may be able to directly bill to your provider but you will need to provide a Letter of Guarantee from them prior to your first session.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS AVAILABLE?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, NETS, PAY NOW and cash.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT AT MY FIRST APPOINTMENT?

Please arrive 15 mins early to find parking and register your details.

The physiotherapist will then take a detailed history of your condition followed by a physical examination. You will then be given a clinical diagnosis of your condition and the best treatment plan to solve your issue.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO MY APPOINTMENT?

Comfortable clothing that you can move in and exposes the area of concern (i.e. shorts if you have knee issues).

Insurance card and photo ID

Medical imaging (X-ray, MRI, etc.) if applicable

Doctor referral (if applicable)

HOW LONG ARE THE SESSIONS?

Your initial consultation should last 45 mins which includes your assessment and treatment.

Subsequent sessions are usually 30 mins but some conditions may require longer.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We understand accidents and unforeseen circumstances do happen, but please try to notify us 8 hours ahead by email, phone or WhatsApp so that we may allocate your slot to other clients in need.
